Ingredients:4 medium to large sotong (pusit)
5 cloves garlic
1 green chilli
1/4 lemon
olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:1. Clean the sotong. Remove the ink sac. Separate the head from the body. Slice the body into rings.
2. In a pan, heat some olive oil for sauteing. When the oil is hot, saute the garlic. Just when the garlic begins to brown, put the pusit and sliced chilli. Season with salt and pepper. Pigaan ng juice from a quarter lemon.
3. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes then serve.
