Anthony Bourdain went to the Philippines (finally) for No Reservations and he said we have the best lechon ever in this blog entry. So cool! Sabi na nga ba masarap ang Cebu lechon. Pinakamasarap in the world!
Nakakatuwa si Bourdain. Sabi niya sa palagay daw niya Filipinos are just too darn nice kaya hindi nakikilala ang ating cuisine sa ibang bansa. How iswit? Hehehe.

actually tama siya. we are too nice. history pa lang eh, ilang colonizers ang tinanggap natin with open arms...and for how long? kaya rin ang violent ng mga nangyari eh, kasi we are patient too long so nage-explode... good episode, though. i'm so happy na-gets ni tony yung the whole change/adapting thing natin. you reallly can't place pinoys eh, apart, i guess, from being a nation of very clever and quick adapters. thanks for sharing, kat!
