Stuffed bell peppers

Description:
Another dish Reden learned from his dad.

Ingredients:
2 bell peppers
3 eggs
250 grams minced meat
salt & pepper
soya sauce
garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
canola oil

Directions:
1. Heat your pan and put the canola oil.
2. Saute garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Add the minced meat when the garlic is brown and the onion is transparent.
3. Cook until the minced meat turns brown.
4. Remove from heat and set aside. Let the minced meat cool.
5. Prepare the bell peppers. Cut them at the center, lengthwise. Remove the seeds.
6. Scramble the eggs with some salt and pepper.
7. Mix the minced meat with the scrambled eggs. (Make sure that the minced meat is already

cool, or else you'll end up with an omelette!)
8. Stuff the bell pepper with the meat and egg mixture.
9. Fry the bell peppers, one side at a time, until the egg is cooked.
10. Remove from heat and serve (with catsup on the side).
