My uber cool boss announced to us last Friday that he resigned. I don't know about my teammates but I was stunned. I didn't expect him to resign. He seemed so enthusiastic about his job.
Hmmm, but now that I got to think about it, there were days when hindi maipinta ang kanyang mukha, when he looked so tired. And last last week, he took a call outside the office, which he never did before. So I guess that was the call.
Ngayon lang nangyari sa akin to, ang iwanan ng boss. That's not in the usual order of things. Ang kalimitang nauuna magresign yung mga nasa mababa, yung mabababa ang sahod. Not bosses. So this one was really a shocker. Love ko pa naman boss ko kasi ang cool tsaka hindi micromanager.
Oh well, ganito talaga ang buhay. We all move on.

hehe...napaisip tuloy ako...ako three times ng iniwan ng boss. David Dalton and Chuck Armitage sa GS, tapos unang boss ko dito. Baka may pinaparating sakin si Lord? hehehe

sorry to hear that. good bosses are hard to come by. that happened to me when i worked in inquirer 3 years ago. and it was depressing. hopefully your new boss will be great too!
cool at hindi rin micromanager ang boss ko ngayon. actually, with the exception of a few, lahat ng past bosses ko ganito. ako 'tong uncool at impatient na subordinate! lahat inuusisa at dinudutdot! kainez.
