cancellation reference number 1-x3x1x9x4x

After more than six months of not swiping and paying my balance little by little, I've finally cancelled my BPI Edge card. There's nothing wrong with it nor with BPI's customer service. It's just that I don't have a use for it anymore.

Had B not intervened with my spending habits, malamang madami pa rin akong utang ngayon. Pero salamat sa kanya, naipasara ko na ang isa kong card. Ang kailangan ko na lang bunuin ngayon ay ang HSBC Visa ko, which I'm planning to pay in full once I get my 13th month pay.

Medyo na-sad ako and nagkaron ng panghihinayang nung nirerequest ko sa customer service rep sa 89-100 na putulin na nila ang credit card. Ang dami din naming shinare na happy moments. Pero lahat ng happy moments na yun ay may kabayaran.

So before pa magbago isip ko, pinutol ko na ang cards. Nagdrama pa ako sa harap ng copy eds namin na si Tanya at Ailene. They saw me kiss the pieces of my cards goodbye. Hehehe. Ang arte.

Alam ko para ito sa ikakabuti ko so there should be no regrets. Besides, I can always shop using cold cash di ba? At least yun I'm spending real money, money that I actually have.

I'm partially debt-free now. That's a good reason to rejoice.

And buy myself something.
