I headed out to the Lomographic Embassy here to have my Fisheye 2 checked. The flash was faulty. Sometimes it charged and fired, other times it didnt. The girl who attended to me checked my unit first and the flash cooperated with her. It fired! But after I explained what happens, the cute, soft-spoken girl just decided to replace my camera. Now I have a new Fisheye 2!
While I was there I checked out the camera I have been wanting for so long: the LC-A. I've been looking at the online gallery and I just love the output. I decided to buy one for myself! Now I am a proud owner of an LC-A+! Yey!


Since the LC-A didn't have a built-in flash, I also decided to get a Colorsplash Flash. I can use it with my Fisheye 2 anyway. I got it 15% less than the original flash. The Embassy was having a promotion, the girl said.


Now I'm ready to shoot! =)

back in the workforce

Well, almost. Natanggap na ako sa isa kong inapplyan. Isa siyang trade publication na nagfofocus on agricultural products. Not exactly glamorous pero after my stint at a luxury lifestyle magazine, I realized na mas gusto ko ang trade. Mas feel ko na may purpose ang sinusulat ko. Kanya-kanya lang talaga ng preference. Tsaka magaan ang feeling ko sa office na ito.

Sabi sa horoscope ko kahapon, according to Madam Rosa, violet ang lucky color ko. So nagsuot nga ako ng violet. Aba, swerte nga! Ang second interview lang dapat ay natuloy na sa offer. Pero sabi din ni Madam Rosa, wag daw magdecide kasi pagsisisihan ko daw yun. I made a decision anyway. Hindi naman si Madam Rosa ang mahihirapan maghanap ng trabaho if she passes up this opportunity, di ba?

We had a celebratory dinner sa New York New York. Salamat B! Hehehehe. Ang takaw natin!

Masaya ako at grateful kay Lord na may work na ulit ako. Sana mabilis maapprove ang permit ko para go, go, go na at pwede nang magleave sa June. Mwehehehehe!
